Welcome to the Marehaven Homeowners Association
Located off Leestown Road and Alexandria Drive, just minutes from downtown Lexington, Kentucky and near the I-75 corridor, the Marehaven Homeowners Association, Inc. filed their Article of Incorporation with the State of Kentucky in 2001 as a non-profit organization.
The Marehaven Homeowners Association consist of a little over 200 homes in the development.
The Marehaven HOA, is a single family home, phase I development.
The associaton is comprised of about 4 acres of green space, a large pond, and backs up to the TownBranch Trail.
